Located on Contant Heights, the villa is a fifteen minute drive from world famous Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay & historical sugar mill ruins, and only five minutes away from the infamous Beach Bar. Sugar Bird Villa is the perfect accommodation for couples, a small group of friends or a larger extended family. Quaint downtown Cruz Bay is easily accessed from Sugar Bird Villa for island shopping, water sport and day cruise departures and of course, great food & drink.
The villa consists of three rental units: an airy two bedroom, two bath house with a great room; a one bedroom apartment with a private entrance; and a studio apartment nestled below the main house. The units may be rented separately or combined for a larger party.
Sugar Bird Villa gets its name from the local bananaquits, otherwise known as sugar birds. These bright yellow sugar hunters can be counted on to make quick work of a bowl of sugar placed on the outside balcony of the villa, readily attracting up to 10 birds at a time.
